‘WMT’ title means ‘women must talk’- Angry Sista Afia clears air on diss track

Sista Afia hasn’t been having it all cool after she dropped her latest track which has sparked controversy.

The Ghanaian singer titled her song “WMT” which was explained by the public as a common abbreviation for a vulgar insult in the Twi language.

Immediately after the song was released, fans were of the opinion that she was dissing fellow artist Sister Derby and Wendy Shay.

The songstress who disagrees with the public perception about her song explained in an Instagram video that her ‘WMT’ title means “Women Must Talk”.

“People say Sista Afia always poking her nose in people’s beef, how? Let me tell you guys I am not scared. WMT is not wo maame tw* … for controversial reasons I said “wo maame” at the end of the song but the actual thing I mean is Women Must Talk,” pulse.com.gh heard Sista Afia during an Instagram live session.
